At first look, the Sealed Knot seems like a boys club and possibly years ago it probably was, however as the Sealed Knot and Ballards have evolved, so has its membership.

Within Ballards we like to consider ourself a family, with our membership being about 60% male to 40% female along side all our kids.

Ballards we like to think that we fight hard, party hard and relax together and enjoy the friendships and commraderie that we make with each other throughout our time within the regiment and are always looking for new people and families to join the fun.

If you know you want to join and need no further information then please click here , but if your unsure and want to know more, then read below

  • Musketeer - Join the ranks of musket and enjoy the smell of gun powder and the hand to hand combat, learn to use and handle a mustket safetly and also the option of learning to fight with a sword

  • Cannon Crew - Help crew our cannon Wytchfire and get the exhileration of the power and nosie the cannon has as you fire it

  • Drummer/Musician - Play your instrument as the regiment marches to and from the battle field, use the insturment to relay orders during the battle

  • BaggageTrain - Support the troops, with our baggage carts, keep them watered, mop their faces and push them back into the fray
